Medium Practice
3.50%/month of insurance collections per location
If the office’s insurance collections range from $40,000 to $100,000 per month, the fee for this service is calculated as 3.50% of the total insurance collections.
Large Practice
3.00%/month of insurance collections per location
If the office’s insurance collections are between $100,000 and $150,000 per month, the initial $100,000 is billed at 3.50%, while any amount exceeding $100,000 is billed at 3.00%
Enterprise
2.50%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
For insurance collections exceeding $150,000 per month, the first $100,000 is charged at 3.50%, the portion between $100,000 and $150,000 is charged at 3.00%, and any amount over $150,000 is charged at 2.50% .
